I have the dindows recent version of drivers for my graphic card Intel HD Graphics version I have been already speking with Netflix customer service and thay had told me that this kind of problem shoudn't happen anymore. They reccomended to contact with Windows or graphic card developer. I don't think that it's an issue blak your graphics card.
